Not countin' our chickens yet...

We're not countin our chickens yet, but we are under contract, again. We received an offer yesterday for the condo and we took it. We are trying not to get to excited until we are officially out of here. We've joked that if this one falls through we're going to burn this place! We're going to look at a house today. The one that we had under contract earlier this month has been relisted with a different agent and the price increased $10,000. So we're not sure that we'll be able to get that house for what we want so we're looking at backups. Anyway, keep your fingers crossed! :)
