Cheyenne finally let Grandma Lucie hold her for a while.
At the Fun 4th FestivalThis weekend was pretty busy. Friday we went to the Fun 4th festival downtown. It was really hot but it was fun. We got a funnel cake and sat in the shade and ate it. Cheyenne seemed to have a good time looking around at everything. Friday night we went to my parents and had dinner and lit some fireworks. Then Saturday (my birthday!) started off kinda rough. I could not get Cheyenne to take her morning nap. She fought me the whole time. I eventually got about 40 minutes out of her. Then we went back to my parents for our annual 4th of July cookout and pool party. We had alot of friends and family over. Cheyenne got in the pool for a few minutes but I spent a good part of the day trying to get her to take a nap because I knew that bedtime would be awful if she didn't sleep all day, and I was right. She was up last night screaming for over an hour. Then back up again at 6:45 and would not go back to sleep. So yesterday wasn't much fun for me. Anyway, here are a few pics from the weekend.

Sorry you had a rough weekend. It can be so hard to keep a schedule when there is so much going on sometimes. Hopefully, you'll get back on track without any problems!
finally after 5 months i get to hold Cheyenne, and while i had her she was a perfect angel
