1 month old

William and I took Cheyenne to have her 1 month picture took today. She did really well. Didn't fuss too much. I can't believe how big she's gotten in just 1 month. I feel like she's doubled in weight. She'll go to the doctor Friday for her 1 month check up.

Condo on Market

Hey everyone. I want to let you all know that we have put out condo on the market. We have found a house we want to buy, but need to sell our place first. If you know anyone who is looking, mention ours to them! Here is a couple of the pics of the house we want to buy.

Carolina girls...the best in the world!

Here is Cheyenne in her UNC gear tht Aunt Jessica and Uncle Miles got her. She's so cute! She's 3 weeks old today. It's hard to believe how much she's grown already! She's doing really well. She's sleeping really good at night, just waking every 3-3 1/2 hours to eat. She'll go for her 1 month check up on the 29th. I'm interested to see how much she weighs then.

1st Bath!

Cheyenne had her very 1st bath last night. She really seemed to enjoy the warm water. She was very cooperative and happy. I wish I could give her one every night because it seem to really calm her down and she went to sleep without much help afterward, but it would dry her skin out...so I guess we'll have to settle for every other night.

Undress me!

Today I decided to totally undress Cheyenne and put on her on her playmat to see if I could keep her awake a little. It worked! She loved it. It gave her bottom a chance to get some air too. Her umbilical cord fell off last night too so tonight she will get her first bath! I'm really excited about it.

2 weeks old

Cheyenne is 2 weeks old today. We all got off to a rough start but things have started to settle down. She is putting on weight now. At her doctor visit Monday she weighed 7 lbs 11 1/2 oz. She is up 4 1/2 oz from her birth weight! She has had a couple of nights where she is sleeping good, just waking to eat. But the majority of the nights she keeps us up until 3 or 4am. But she's worth it! Here's a few new pics.

Play time

I have tried everything I can think of to keep Cheyenne awake a little during the day so she'll sleep a little more at night instead of being up from 11pm-5am. I gave her a bath with a warm washrag and she was still awake so I put her on her playmat. She really liked it! She layed there looking at it with her eyes wide open for 45 minutes! The rest of the day she has slept though. I guess that wore her out.

We're home! (Again)

We were discharged from the hospital this afternoon at 12:30. Cheyenne is doing much better! We are so happy that our little girl is healthy again and we're out of hospitals. Thank you all for your thoughts, phone calls, e-mails and prayers. She is 1 week old today!
